Empowering Students to Achieve Academic Success Together

We are The Riveters!

NPF is a Grassroots Microschool serving academically dedicated students in Hays County, Texas.

Unlike a homeschool co-op, microschools offer full-time or part-time instruction to students who meet with one another, on a regular basis, for learning (typically 4 days a week for a full year).

In addition, microschooling can be seen as an in-between of private schooling and home-schooling.

Our Microschool is suited for students and parents seeking true focus on education, learning, and engagement in lieu of public education standards and community concerns.

Our Microschool is located in Kyle, TX and currently educating 4th-12th grade students.

What is a Grassroots Microschool?

Owned and Operated by volunteer Teachers and Parents, committed to their student’s educational achievements. This model of school not only provides autonomy but allows maximum flexibility in leadership and decision-making together in the best interests of students.

As families we work very closely together to take the stress out of scheduling, missing days, and unexpected events. Our schedules remain fluid with students’ personal commitment to completing assignments.

United We Stand Together We Can Innovative Education

Our Microschool a return to a traditional educational model to better prepare children for the future.

Microschools are small, private institutions where students are empowered to personalize their own educations and are held accountable for their own progress. Often described as "outsourced homeschooling," Microschools are free from the bureaucracy, standardized tests, and mandatory curriculum that defines today's public school system.

“Our Microschool is efficiently run, and student engagement is remarkably high.”
